Welcome to FuzPred

The FuzPred method predicts the context-dependent binding behaviour of proteins.

FuzPred can be used to estimate:
(1) the disorder-to-order binding mode propensity, (2) the disorder-to-disorder binding mode propensity,
and (3) the changes in the binding mode with partners and cellular conditions.
